I will never scope or price an audit without a completed Paid Diagnostic. The Consultation Summary determines the scope. Auditing blind means investing in answers to the wrong questions.

Scope is defined before work starts

One paragraph in writing. What is included. What is not. What requires a separate scope conversation. Scope creep starts in the first engagement and compounds with every one that follows.

The execution brief is actionable, not aspirational

Every recommendation in the execution brief is specific enough to implement without a follow-up question. "Improve your LinkedIn" is not in my reports. "Rewrite your headline to name the specific problem you solve for this specific client type" is.
